The service

MinikHayat (minikhayat.com) is a free app for recording the expenses, maintenance and shared costs of your living spaces. The service is provided by Eray Ergün. By using the app you accept these terms.

Your account

• Use a valid email address when creating an account and never share your password.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. If you notice unauthorized use, write to us.
• You can permanently delete your account anytime under Account > Delete My Account.

Your entries

The entries you make belong to you. You can export them anytime as an Excel/CSV or backup file. When you enter information about other people (for example the names of friends you share costs with), make sure they are aware.

Liability

• Calculations in the app (VAT, discounts, cost splitting, maintenance intervals) are for guidance only and are not a substitute for accounting, tax, legal or mechanical advice.
• We try to provide the service without interruption or errors but cannot guarantee it. We recommend exporting important records regularly.
• We may close accounts that abuse the service, violate others' rights or try to disrupt the system.

Price

MinikHayat is currently free. Ads may be shown in the app in the future; if a paid feature is added, it will be announced in advance and you will never be charged without your consent.

We may update these terms; the current version is at this address. Questions: bilgi@minikhayat.com. For personal data, see the Privacy Policy. If the English and Turkish versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
